Here you see one of the cohort members delivering a short training. It serves two purposes. First, it is an opportunity for the member to improve their skill and become more confident at presenting. Second, it provided value to the members who were not familiar with what Agile was. You do NOT have to be an expert in Agile for this course, but since some of the reading material mentions it, it is good to have a high-level understanding.
